Terms & Conditions for HSBC Privé Exclusive Privileges – Hotel Complimentary Nights Program (the “Offer”)

When can you enjoy the Offer (“Promotional Period”)

  1. The promotional period is from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
  2. Booking of hotel accommodation must be made during the promotional period. The date of the hotel accommodation (“Travel Period”) must fall within 12 months from the booking date. As such, hotel booked on 1st January 2026 must have a check-in date no later than 31st December 2026.

What is the Offer

  1. During the promotional period, you can enjoy two complimentary nights for your hotel accommodation (“Complimentary Nights”) upon a booking of four consecutive nights (“Booking”) with your Eligible Credit Card from Hong Kong to an outbound destination (exclude Hong Kong and Macau).
  2. The value of the complimentary nights will be computed as the average nightly rate for the entire stay.
  3. You can enjoy maximum value at HKD 10,000 per room per night for the complimentary nights. The complimentary night(s) credit will be calculated in Hong Kong Dollars and applied in the hotel’s local currency according to the exchange rate determined by the designated travel platform at the time of booking. Any portion of the room rate that exceeds this cap must be settled by the cardholder.
    Example: If the nightly room rate is HKD 12,000 per night (based on the booking currency converted into HKD at time of booking), the complimentary night(s) credit will cover up to HKD 10,000 per night. As such, cardholder will be required to pay the remaining HKD 2,000 per night for the complimentary night(s) received.
  4. You can enjoy the Offer twice per calendar year.

How can you enjoy the Offer

  1. Customer must fulfil the following requirements in order to enjoy the Offer:
    1. Hold a Primary Eligible Credit Card, and your Eligible Credit Card account is valid and in good standing during the promotional period and the offer fulfilment period. The Offer is not applicable for additional cardholders of an Eligible Credit Card. and
    2. Successfully complete the booking of air ticket of the corresponding trip for the Offer with your Eligible Credit Card and present the proof to Lifestyle Relationship Manager; and
    3. HSBC Privé credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at check-in, and for full payment upon check out; and
    4. Cardmember who booked the stay must be one of the staying guests; and
    5. Complimentary nights must be utilized during the same stay as the Booking; and
    6. Purchased and complimentary nights must be of the same room types.
  2. Reservation
    1. Booking, amendments and cancellations must be done through a HSBC Privé Lifestyle Relationship Manager.
    2. To be eligible for the two complimentary nights offer, booking must be completed at least 14 days (336 hours) prior to the check-in date by 3pm local hotel time. For example, to check-in on 30th January 2026, the booking must be completed on or before 16th January 2026 by 3pm local hotel time. Bookings made less than 14 days (336 hours) prior to the check-in date by 3pm local hotel time are not eligible for the benefit.
    3. Walk-in guest(s) without prior reservations will not be granted the complimentary nights’ stay benefit.
    4. Reservations are subject to room availability on the designated travel platform at the time that the reservation is confirmed.
  3. Cancellation and Charges
    1. Any change or modification will be considered a new booking and subject to current rates and availability.
    2. Cancellation and amendment fees may apply subject to the cancellation and amendment policies of the respective participating hotels.
    3. Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to the HSBC Privé card account.
    4. Cancellation and amendments must be made at least 14 days (336 hours) before date of arrival by 3pm local hotel time by calling a HSBC Privé Lifestyle Relationship Manager. Where the participating hotels has a different cancellation or amendment policy requiring more than 14 days (336 hours) of notification, the request is subject to the policy of the participating hotel.
    5. Once reservations are confirmed, all associated cost (amendment fee, cancellation fee, taxes and surcharges and room price difference) will be borne by the Primary cardmember.
  4. You cannot:
    1. exchange for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, internet room rates or privileges.; or
    2. transfer the Offer – it is personal to you.; or
    3. stay at another hotel for complimentary nights

Read before you enjoy the Offer

  1. Reservations are subject to availability at the time the booking is confirmed through the designated travel platform. Availability and rates provided at the quotation stage are not guaranteed until the reservation is finalized.
  2. Blackout dates may apply and vary by participating hotel. 
  3. There are no cash credits for any unused free nights if the guest checks out early.
  4. Complimentary night is only applicable to room rates and does not include taxes, surcharges or any other fees.
  5. Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability at time of reservation and do not include additional per room, per night surcharges that may be imposed or applicable state/local taxes.
  6. Complimentary night has no refund value.
  7. The designated travel platform provides all rates and availability for hotels.
  8. All room rates will be based on best available rates and cannot be combined with any other offers or packages.
  9. Complimentary nights are exclusive of all applicable tax and service charges for such accommodation. Applicable taxes, service charges, meals and all other incidentals will be charged to cardmember directly by the respective participating hotel.
  10. All information, descriptions and prices are provided by the participating hotels and are for reference only. We accept no liability in respect of the quality of the goods and services provided by the participating hotels. You are advised to check the details and related terms and conditions with the participating hotels.

  12. HSBC and participating hotels reserve the right to cancel and/or to amend these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
  13. All payments made in the Venues should be made via an Eligible credit card.
  14. If we believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, you will not be able to enjoy the offer.
  15. The Offers under this promotion are subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Designated Travel Provider. We and the Designated Travel Provider can change or cancel the offers or amend the terms and conditions. Please check the relevant website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the Offers.
  16. In case of disputes arising out of this Offer, the decision of the Designated Travel Provider and us shall be final and conclusive.
  17. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  18. Each of the Bank, Designated Travel Provider and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong but these terms and conditions may be enforced in the courts of any competent jurisdiction.
  19. No person other than you and us which include our successors and assigns will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  20. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

What these terms mean

  1. Eligible Credit Card" means any primary HSBC Privé issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
  2. Designated Travel Provider” means Kiwi Collection.
  3. Designated Platform” means Kiwi Collection Online Booking Platform, hsbcprive.kiwihotelcollection.com.
  4. “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “HSBC” means The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and its successors and assigns.
  5. “you” or “your” means the person to whom we issue an Eligible Credit Card that is eligible for the Offer.

Kiwi Perks Terms & Conditions

Eligible reservations booked under a qualified rate indicated with “K” icon will receive the benefits listed in the rate details. Benefits vary by property and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. For additional information, consult the specific terms and conditions for each property.

General Terms

  • Perks are non-transferable and apply only to the guest occupying the room
  • Perks apply only when booking a qualified rate indicated with “K” icon
  • Perks apply per room, per stay with a maximum of one set of benefits
  • Perks cannot be combined with other promotions, packages or value-added offers unless expressly stated
  • Perks are fulfilled by the participating hotel and are subject to the hotel’s operational policies and availability. Guests should confirm the details of their perks with the hotel upon check-in
  • Participating hotels and benefits are subject to change without notice
  • Kiwi Collection reserves the right to modify or withdraw perks at its discretion

Room Upgrades

  • Subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival
  • Based on a one-category room upgrade for the duration of the stay
  • Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed
  • May exclude certain room categories, including but not limited to club or lounge access rooms, specialty suites, penthouses and multi-bedroom suites
  • Upgrade eligibility and room category definitions are determined solely by the hotel
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for upgrades beyond one category above the reserved room type
  • Specific requests (e.g. connecting rooms, bedding preferences or room location) may limit the availability of a room upgrade

Credits

  • Applied on a per-stay basis, with a limit of one credit per room, per stay
  • A stay is defined as consecutive nights at the hotel, regardless of check-in/out activities
  • In the case of back-to-back reservations, only one credit will be given
  • In the case of guests sharing the same room, only one credit applies per room, even when consecutive reservations are made under different names
  • To receive the credit, the eligible spend must be charged to your hotel room
  • Credit will be applied at checkout
  • Charges exceeding the credit will be applied to the final account at departure
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be applied to room rates or third-party services
  • Exclusions to facilities and services at the hotel may apply, and the hotel will provide details upon check-in
  • Any unused credits during the stay have no cash value and will be forfeited at checkout

Daily Breakfast

  • Breakfast benefits apply per room, per day, for the duration of the stay, for a maximum of two staying guests and are not cumulative if unused
  • The type of breakfast will vary by property and can range from continental to a full buffet, or a defined dollar value determined by the hotel
  • Outlets available for complimentary breakfast will be defined by the hotel at check-in
  • Breakfast charges must be posted to the guest’s room account at the restaurant. The applicable credit will be applied at the time of check-out
  • Taxes, gratuities and service charges may not be included unless specified by the hotel

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

  • Available upon request and subject to hotel availability; cannot be guaranteed
  • For early check-in requests, do so upon booking and provide arrival details
  • For late check-out requests, contact the front desk at check-in or during stay

Transfers

  • Complimentary transfers must be arranged prior to arrival through Kiwi Collection or the hotel directly
  • Transfer details, including pick up location and timing, must be confirmed in advance
  • Transfers may be subject to availability and scheduling constraints
  • A maximum value or service type may apply as defined by the hotel
  • Additional charges may apply for upgrades, additional passengers, luggage or changes to the confirmed service
  • Transfers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed

Additional Perks

In cases where perks do not fit into the above categories, the terms and conditions of those perks will be defined by the hotel. In cases where a perk is not available at a hotel, the hotel may provide a substitute benefit of equal value. Resort fees that cover any of the benefits are not reimbursable.
